Are you a strong bookkeeper and are you ready to make your mark in an international Fintech Company?
For our Polish office in Warszawa we are a looking for a talented, structured, and self-dependent person for a new role as fulltime bookkeeper position for SDC Poland.
You will become part of the Finance department in SDC where you will be supporting our Finance team in Denmark.
As bookkeeper you will work with different areas within finance. We are looking for a person with all-round experience of general ledger, debtors, vendors and fixed assets.
You will be the focal point towards the Polish authorities concerning VAT and taxes for our Polish branch.
You will be part of a Polish team of 3 persons, where two are working with our reporting systems. Our office in Poland employs more than 130 employees who are working on daily basis towards and with our office in Copenhagen. You will have a daily contact with Danish colleagues, but we expect you to be self-driven.
Out work environment is characterized by openness, commitment, delegated responsibility, team work and professionalism as well as personal development. In your daily work, you will be referring to the Head of Group finance located in Denmark.
It is expected that:
• You have 5+ years of experience within finance and bookkeeping
• You have knowledge with fixed assets, vendors, debtors and general ledger
• You have all round knowledge in Microsoft Office. And no your way around in Excel.
• You have ERP experience – preferably with AX2012
• You have vendor system experience – preferably EX-flow
• You possess excellent analytical skills, are structured and pay attention to details
• You are proactive with a drive, are curious and take ownership
• You have strong communication and coordination skills
• You have the ability to follow-up, with an outgoing and service oriented personality
You are a self-driven and motivated team player, who dares challenge and push back.
The bookkeeper candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of our ERP system AX 2012.
As a person we expect you to have a great interest in IT and be service oriented both towards your colleagues, consultants and vendors.
You have a relevant academic degree. You have excellent skills in English, orally and in writing. Some knowledge of a Scandinavian Language e.g. Danish, Swedish or Norwegian would be a big plus. We are looking for a person who is used to handling several tasks in parallel.
