Stacc and SDC enter into strategic cooperation
Stacc AS and SDC A/S have entered into a long-term agreement for the delivery of an integrated solution for processing loans for business customers in SDC's banks. The delivery from Stacc is based on BM Analyse, Stacc's specialist solution for financial analysis, as well as advice and credit processes for the business customer market. The goal is for SDC to be able to offer its customers a modern and flexible credit solution that gives the banks a simplified and improved credit process, and which at the same time ensures that tasks regarding authority requirements, documentation and traceability are handled in an efficient manner.
The digital transformation for the business customer market has lagged far behind the private customer market in the banking sector. This is due, among other things, to requirements for accounting regulation, auditing and the need for discretionary assessments in the commercial part of the banking business. Stacc has developed an industry solution for financial analysis, advice and credit process targeted at the business customer market, which is based on a high degree of automation and modern architecture. It increases the digitisation of and integration with various self-service and core banking solutions.
"The goal of integrating BM Analysis from Stacc with SDC's own solutions is to ensure an even more efficient credit process for business customers. The integrated solution will provide a flexible user experience, faster case processing time, a simplified everyday life for business customer advisers, compliance with authority requirements, correct documentation, higher data quality and traceability of the credit process", says Hilde Seljom, Department Director at SDC.
"SDC has a strategy of using partners in cases where there is already a good solution on the market, and we specialise in integrations with third parties. That is precisely why we are happy about the many years of good cooperation, which has already resulted in the integration of Advisor PM, Stacc's corresponding solution for the private customer market. We are extremely pleased to be able to extend the collaboration to the business customer market", concludes Hilde Seljom.
The agreement between SDC and Stacc involves the delivery and integration of a complete case management solution combining business analysis and a holistic credit process for financial institutions using SDC's core banking solutions. The parties have a Nordic perspective on the collaboration, and the solution must first be delivered to SDC's Danish customers.
BM Analysis from Stacc includes a 360-degree financial analysis of the company and is designed to analyze liquidity and cash flows, assess the ability to service debt and make investments, as well as opportunities for forecasting and scenario analysis.
BM Analyse is a complete business financial analysis of small and medium-sized companies, subsidiaries and sole proprietorships and can also handle various scenarios such as startups, crisis and downturns, innovation and growth as well as geographical expansion.
"We are incredibly happy to enter into this agreement and look forward to continued strategic and long-term cooperation. Stacc has one of the largest competence environments in the Nordics within the development of solutions for financial analysis and consulting, and it is gratifying to experience that in recent years we have strengthened our position as a supplier in several Nordic countries," says Geir Nordrik, General Manager by Stacc.
The solution will be delivered as a cloud-based SaaS service from Stacc, based on a partnership with Orange Business Services and Microsoft Azure. The project will start in spring 2023 and is planned to be delivered in several phases during 2023 and early 2024.
